- Screen : Clear display, no crack or major damage
- Keyboard & Touchpad : Fully functional
- Battery : Holds a reasonable charge
- Charger : Must be included
What is not Suitable for Donations ?
- Older Intel CPUs (before 8th Gen) or very old AMD CPUs – Usually not compatible with With Windows 11
- Laptops without Windows 11
- Broken or heavily damaged devices
- Tablets or Chromebooks
How do you prepare the laptop before handing over to schools ?
To ensure donor peace of mind and provide safe, ready-to-use devices for students, every donated laptop goes through a full cleanup and preparation process before donation:
- Secure Data Wipe – All existing personal data is completely erased
- Fresh System Setup – Windows 11 is reset and configured for student use
- Physical Cleaning – Screen, keyboard, touchpad, ports, and exterior are cleaned and sanitized
- Final Quality Check – Device is tested again to ensure proper working conditio
