  • Memory : 4 GB or more
  • Storage : 64 GB or more
  • Working condition : Laptop turns on and function properly
  • Screen : Clear display, no crack or major damage
  • Keyboard & Touchpad : Fully functional
  • Battery : Holds a reasonable charge
  • Charger : Must be included

What is not Suitable for Donations ?

  • Older Intel CPUs (before 8th Gen) or very old AMD CPUs – Usually not compatible with With Windows 11
  • Laptops without Windows 11
  • Broken or heavily damaged devices
  • Tablets or Chromebooks

How do you prepare the laptop before handing over to schools ?

To ensure donor peace of mind and provide safe, ready-to-use devices for students, every donated laptop goes through a full cleanup and preparation process before donation:

  • Secure Data Wipe – All existing personal data is completely erased
  • Fresh System Setup – Windows 11 is reset and configured for student use
  • Physical Cleaning – Screen, keyboard, touchpad, ports, and exterior are cleaned and sanitized
  • Final Quality Check – Device is tested again to ensure proper working conditio
